Paediatric Otolaryngology

The Paediatric Otolaryngology team manages both general paediatric and subspecialised paediatric conditions. Together with the National University Hospital's Department of Paediatric Surgery, the service provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinics to streamline care for complex sleep and aerodigestive paediatric patients.

In line with up-to-date and holistic care of children with hearing loss, the paediatric otolaryngology team leads the department’s robust cochlear implantation programme supported by our dedicated group of paediatric
audiologist and speech therapists. The team also manages congenital head and neck defects such as microtia, ear deformities, nasal deformities, facial clefts, cleft palate or cleft lip.
