NUH KidSTART
As a key partner of KidSTART Singapore, NUH KidSTART supports eligible pregnant mothers and their families prenatally and postnatally through home visits and follow-ups by a team of nurses, case management officers, medical social workers and dietitians.
Health and Development Support in Preschool Partnerships (HEADS-UPP)
A partnership with Care Corner Singapore and pre-schools, HEADS-UPP aims to support children from families in the bottom 20% in terms of household income by leveraging childcare teachers and social workers for better health outcomes.
Family and Child Health @ NUP
With a family-child triad model, this programme aims to provide screening with anticipatory guidance for both mother and child, offered at timepoints coinciding with the child's vaccination and development screening visits.
Sleep Easy Programme (SLeEP) @ NUP
SLeEP aims to enhance sleep in infants and mothers, focusing on education, anticipatory guidance, screening and early detection of sleep problems at routine post-natal follow-up of babies, together with prompt and appropriate intervention where required.
Breastfeeding Triple Support (BTS) Programme @ NUP
BTS seeks to link the three sections of healthcare – hospital, polyclinics and the community, to provide a continuum of breastfeeding support for mothers in their breastfeeding journey.
