The Division of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology is committed to the care of infants, children and adolescents with cancer, blood disorders and conditions requiring stem cell transplants. Embracing the principle that "No child should die at the dawn of life," as articulated by Donald Thomas, founder of St Jude Children's Research Hospital, we are united in our mission to finding cures and saving children.Our team comprises paediatric haemato-oncologists specialising in stem cell transplant. Working closely with other paediatric specialties, we form an integrated multidisciplinary team that encompasses a variety of surgical disciplines such as ophthalmology and ENT, as well as radiation oncologists and allied health professionals.

Our holistic approach to cancer care is delivered through an integrated facility designed to make paediatric patients and their families feel supported and at ease. In partnership with the Viva Foundation, we operate the 9a VIVA-University Children's Cancer Centre (VUC3), catering to all paediatric oncology needs.
Located on Level 9 of the NUH Medical Centre, our outpatient and day therapy centre is specifically designed to meet the unique requirements of immunocompromised patients, creating a welcoming environment. We also work closely with the Children's Cancer Foundation, involving their volunteers in activities aimed at enhancing the emotional and psychological well-being of our young patients.

The Paediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) programme provides specialised and individualised care for young patients, from infancy through 21 years of age, who require blood stem cell transplantation. Our dedicated team and specialised facilities are designed to support the unique needs of paediatric and adolescent patients throughout their transplant journey.

Dedicated to enhancing cancer care in developing nations, we conduct outreach programmes and collaborate with regional paediatric oncologists. This collaboration enriches patient care and provides an excellent learning platform for our doctors. In addition, we host the annual Childhood Cancer Workshop, in conjunction with the St Jude-VIVA Forum in Paediatric Oncology, focusing on training and the latest clinical developments in childhood cancer for the region.
The Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life of children affected by cancer, as well as their families, by enhancing their emotional, social and medical well-being.
Located at Main Building 1, Level 4, CCF provides children affected by cancer and their families with the much needed support in their battle against the disease. Over the years, CCF has helped more than 2,800 children and their families at various stages of their journey.
