1. Can I order my medication via phone calls?
No, medication orders are no longer accepted via phone calls. Medication orders can be placed through the NUHS app or HealthHub app.

2. Can I change the medication quantity at the point of collection? Yes, you can change the medication quantity at the point of collection. However, another 30 minutes will be required to process the changes. Furthermore, please note that you will be asked to join the queue at the pharmacy.
3. I have a new prescription from polyclinics/other hospitals. Can I place orders via the NUHS app or HealthHub app and collect at NUH Pharmacy? No, only prescriptions issued by NUH will be accepted and processed for orders placed through the NUHS app or HealthHub app.
4. Can I order medication from the pharmacy when I run out of it? We will need a valid prescription for all supplies of medication. Please contact your clinic for assistance if you do not have a valid prescription.
5. I ordered my medication this morning via the app. Can I collect them this afternoon? No, orders placed via mobile apps require approximately 3 working days for processing. For urgent medication needs or same-day collection, please join the queue at the pharmacy.
6. How do I reach you if I have an urgent enquiry regarding medication delivery service? You may contact the pharmacy directly for assistance. The contact details can be found
here.
7. Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been submitted, or change the delivery date and/or time
after it has been confirmed? •
We strongly discourage amendments after your order has been placed, as this will affect processing time
and delay your order.

Any amendment or cancellation received prior to the confirmed delivery date will be subject to a charge
ranging from $8.72 to $21.80, inclusive of GST.

If you still wish to amend or cancel your order, please provide your order request ID and details of the
request for follow-up. You may also be contacted by pharmacy staff to confirm your changes.
8. How do I know if my online order has been successfully submitted?For medication orders placed through the NUHS app or HealthHub app, an acknowledgment will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep a copy of the acknowledgement for verification, if required.

9. How do I pay for my medication?•
Payment can be made through the NUHS app. Alternatively, you may make payment at AXS machines or
Singpost branches.

We do not have a cash on delivery payment option.
•
Other third-party payment modes are available as per your usual preferred payment, subject to availability,
review and approval. Kindly indicate accordingly when placing your medication order. Please note that
additional charges e.g. delivery, bulky and amendment fees cannot be paid using these modes.
10. My medical appointment has been postponed, and my medication is running out. How can I request
for a top-up of my medication?•
You may request for a new prescription from the clinic via the NUHS app or HealthHub app.
•
Once the prescription is ordered, pharmacy can proceed to process the prescription as per your app
request.
•
Please ensure that you have at least 2 weeks’ supply of medication in case of any unforeseen delays.
•
For urgent medication top-ups, kindly seek assistance from the clinic directly.
