The National University Spine Institute (NUSI) brings together a dedicated and multidisciplinary team of orthopaedic spine surgeons, neurosurgeons and rehabilitation medicine physicians across all the hospitals within the National University Health Systems (NUHS) cluster namely National University Hospital (NUH), Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH) and Alexandra Hospital (AH) and the soon-to-be-completed Tengah General Hospital (TGH). It also provides community spine services through the National University Polyclinics (NUP).

The National University Spine Institute (NUSI) team provides comprehensive tertiary level non-operative and operative care and services for a wide range of adult and paediatric spinal conditions from simple disc problems through to complex adult deformity reconstructions. NUSI works closely with the Division of Paediatric Orthopaedics to manage childhood spinal deformities. The collaboration with the Division of Neurosurgery includes combined audits, collaboration on the surgery of complex spinal and neural tumours and postgraduate training.
