Biosketch

​Dr Tan Chi Hsien is currently a Consultant with the Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, National University Hospital and the Department of Medicine, Alexandra Hospital.

Dr Tan graduated with Honours in 2008 from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He was the winner of 6 faculty medals and prizes and was placed on the Dean's List in 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008.

He obtained his post-graduate degrees (MRCP (UK) and M Med (Int Med)) in 2013. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the National University Health System (NUHS) in 2015, and Neurology Senior Residency at NUHS in 2018. He was appointed Chief Senior Resident for NUHS Neurology in 2017.

His clinical interest is in Movement Disorders. He is actively involved in undergraduate and post-graduate education.
