It is important to take care of one's oral health for a better quality of life in terms of speech, chewing function and social interactions. As our seniors at home grow older, they may have difficulties with this as a result of cognitive decline or medical conditions, such as stroke, severe arthritis as well as issues with vision.
In this short lunchtime presentation, we will share some tips on how to assist our seniors with their daily oral care, so that they can preserve their chewing function, speech and their ability to smile gracefully for a longer time to come. Those who would like to share their tips with fellow audience members will also be invited to come forward during the talk.
