FAQs

Is F.I.T. suitable for me?

F.I.T. is designed for adults who want to take a proactive approach to their health through early detection, preventive care, and a deeper understanding of their long-term health and ageing trajectory. You may find the programme beneficial if you:

  • Are a busy professional with a hectic lifestyle, and want efficient, data-driven insights to take control of your health
  • Are generally well, but may be noticing subtle changes in your strength, stamina, or energy levels as you age
  • Have a family history of chronic illness, and want a proactive, preventive approach with timely intervention
  • Are curious about your biological age, want to optimise your healthspan – how long you live in good health, not just how long you live
  • Are committed to ageing well and maintaining long-term physical function, independence, and vitality

If you are unsure whether F.I.T. aligns with your goals, our team will be happy to advise you and recommend the most suitable option.

How is F.I.T. different from regular health screening?

F.I.T. delivers a preventive, trajectory-focused model of care aimed at adults at a stage where age-related decline is still highly modifiable. Beyond routine or general health checks, F.I.T. combines biological ageing counselling with age‑appropriate screening, early management of conditions that may lead to disability later in life, and proactive screening for issues such as multimorbidity, sarcopenia, and cognitive impairment.

This programme incorporates blood biomarker analysis to estimate your biological and metabolic age, providing deeper insights into how well your body is ageing and highlighting areas where early intervention can make the greatest impact.

Our assessments are purpose-built for age-related decline and functional preservation. You will receive advanced analytics, personalised report, and a tailored prevention roadmap designed to optimise your healthspan.

What if my screening results indicate a need for follow up or further investigation?
F.I.T. focuses on risk detection and personalised health optimisation, rather than medical diagnosis. However, if your results show any abnormalities or areas of concern, our clinical team will explain the findings and recommend the next steps. This may include additional diagnostic tests and/or specialist referrals. F.I.T. will ensure that you receive a seamless and supported care pathway.
How does F.I.T. ensure the accuracy and reliability of its screening tests?
All tests performed at F.I.T. use medically validated equipment and are analysed by accredited laboratories within the National University Hospital. Our protocols follow strict clinical and quality assurance standards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and evidence-based results.
