The Community Antenatal Programme, offered by the National University Centre for Women and Children (NUWoC) aims to equip parents with knowledge and practical tips for their parenthood journey.
Our comprehensive syllabus, specifically designed for families in Singapore, covers the entire spectrum of pregnancy, childbirth, newborn care and parental wellness. Taught by healthcare professionals specialising in obstetrics, paediatrics, physiotherapy and psychiatry, participants can expect an all-rounded learning experience.
Both NUH and non-NUH patients are welcome to sign up.

To cater to different needs, the classes are offered in two models – in-person classes and online videos.
The online videos comprise a series of pre-recorded lectures to equip participants with the knowledge they need for every stage of pregnancy, childbirth and infancy. As the videos cover prenatal care through baby's first year, enjoy on-demand access for two years, allowing participants to view and revisit the videos at their own pace and convenience.
In-person classes offer an experiential hands-on experience, where participants can expect interactive lessons and direct engagement with our instructors. Limited spaces are available, as class sizes are kept small to foster a more effective learning environment.
Participants who wish to benefit from both options are welcome to enrol in both the online and in-person classes.
