Dr Terence Law is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Urology at the National University Hospital and the Division of Urology at Alexandra Hospital. He manages the full spectrum of general urological conditions, with a particular interest in urologic oncology, robotic and minimally invasive surgery, endourology, benign prostatic enlargement, and urinary stone disease.
Dr Law graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2014, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the National University of Singapore, where he also completed a minor in Technopreneurship through the NUS–University of Pennsylvania Wharton programme. He was admitted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2016 and was awarded the Ministry of Health Healthcare Research Scholarship, through which he completed a Master of Clinical Investigation at the National University of Singapore in 2022.
He completed his specialist urology training within the National University Health System, serving as Chief Resident during his final two years of residency. In 2025, he obtained Specialist Accreditation in Urology and was admitted as a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in Urology.
Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Law has a strong interest in clinical research and evidence-based medicine. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, presented his work at regional and international scientific meetings, and holds patents arising from his research. In recognition of his academic contributions, he received the National University Health System Residency Research Award (Bronze) in 2023.
Dr Law is actively involved in medical education as a lecturer and examiner at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He remains committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care while advancing innovation and research in urology.
