Biosketch

Dr Ooi Xue Ting is an Associate Consultant with the National University Health System, practising across National University Hospital and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. She provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions, with subspecialty interests in immunodermatology, paediatric dermatology, and hidradenitis suppurativa.

Dr Ooi graduated from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2017. She went on to obtain both the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP, UK) and Master of Internal Medicine (Singapore) qualifications in 2019. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency training at National University Hospital in 2021 before pursuing specialist training under the National Healthcare Group Dermatology Residency Programme. In 2025, she received Dermatology specialist accreditation from the Specialist Accreditation Board of Singapore.

In addition to managing general dermatological conditions, Dr Ooi is actively involved in multidisciplinary and subspecialty dermatology care. She is committed to delivering patient-centred, evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s needs.

Dr Ooi is also passionate about medical education and mentorship. She serves as a Core Faculty member of the Postgraduate Year 1 Residency Programme for the Department of Medicine at National University Health System, and regularly teaches Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents.
