Biosketch

Passionate about improving functional outcomes in stroke and neurodegenerative diseases, Dr. Oey is a clinician-scientist who is a Rehabilitation specialist with a special interest in non-invasive neuromodulation for highly debilitating and incurable conditions such as post-stroke aphasia and neurodegenerative disorders.
