Dr. Nicholas Ngiam is an Infectious Diseases physician at NUH, with clinical interests including general infectious diseases, antimicrobial stewardship, and infections in immunocompromised hosts. He obtained his MBBS from NUS and holds MRCP (UK) and MMED (Int Med). His research interests are varied, including predictive models for diagnosis and prognostication in severe infections, infections in immunocompromised hosts, as well as the application of artificial intelligence in infectious diseases. His research has been recognised and published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, as well as international conferences on infectious diseases. Dedicated to advancing infectious disease care, Dr. Ngiam integrates clinical expertise, research, and education to improve patient outcomes.
