Dr Jeremy Chee is an Associate Consultant in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at National University Hospital. Dr Chee obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore in 2015, where he was awarded the Shaw Foundation Scholarship and the Singapore Medical Alumni Association Bronze Medal. He was also placed on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. He went on to receive Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland) in 2016 and completed his Master of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology) in 2023. He graduated from the ACGME-I accredited National University Health System ENT residency program in 2025. He previously served as the National Chief Resident for ENT in 2024, and is a graduate of the 2024 Singapore Chief Residency Programme.
Dr Chee is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate education. He serves as a Clinical Tutor and Mentor to medical undergraduates at the National University of Singapore. He received the NUS Undergraduate Teaching Award (2023). He is the Course Director of the ENT Essential Skills Course, which has run annually since 2024.
His research interests lie in paediatric ENT and hearing loss, as well as in medical simulation and 3D printing. He has multiple publications and has received several accolades for his academic contributions, including the NUHS Residency Research Bronze Award. He is currently collaborating closely with the NUS Centre for Healthcare Simulation and the NUS CUTE Centre in a 3D-printed ENT Teaching Simulator.
He currently serves on the executive committee of the Society of Head and Neck Surgery Singapore. He is committed to clinical excellence, academic medicine, and medical education.
