Biosketch

Dr Chan is Senior Consultant at NUH, and section lead of the autonomic and small fiber neuropathy service. Dr Amanda Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong and completed her training in Neurology and Internal Medicine in Hong Kong. She also holds a Master of Medicine in Sleep Medicine from the University of Sydney. Her areas of clinical and research interest include small fiber neuropathy and autonomic disorders, immunology, and sleep medicine. Dr Chan obtained a PhD at NUS investigating the immunological mechanisms of small fiber neuropathy, under the supervision of A/Prof Herbert Schwarz and Prof Soong Tuck Wah.
