The Thyroid & Endocrine Surgery Service at National University Hospital is an established provider of advanced robotic and endoscopic (keyhole) thyroid surgery without a neck scar, as well as conventional endocrine surgeries. We are a sub-specialty team of surgeons focusing on diseases of the thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal organs. Additionally, we are a specialist provider of endoscopic hernia surgery, including the management of recurrent and complex hernias.

At the Thyroid Clinic, we provide comprehensive services for patients with thyroid problems, such as :

    • One-stop facility where patients are given detailed specialist review, thyroid function blood tests, thyroid ultrasound and needle biopsy. Executive packages are offered for comprehensive testing.
    • Short-stay thyroid surgery where the average hospital stay for hemithyroidectomy is one day and total thyroidectomy is two days.
    • Multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of thyroid conditions.

Our specific services include:

Thyroid:

        • One-stop thyroid lump diagnosis service (assessment, blood test, ultrasound, needle test and diagnosis in one day)
        • Robotic thyroid surgery (keyhole surgery without a neck scar)
