If you are a new patient to our Dental Centre, please bring along the following documents:

  • Identity Card, Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Referral letter (if any)
  • Employment pass, work permit and/or re-entry permit (if applicable)


Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment for registration.



After the consultation


Follow-up appointment

After the session with your dental practitioner and/or specialists, our staff will arrange for your follow-up appointment that best meets your needs and your dental practitioner and/or specialist's instructions. The date and time will be indicated on your appointment card and do remember to bring the card along at the next visit.



Consultation and treatment charges

Kindly contact us regarding the charges. Our Patient Service Associates (PSA) will assist you.

Payment can be done at the counter via cash, NETS, all major credit cards and local cheques. For Medisave enquiries, please check with our PSA.
