A/Prof Zubair Amin is currently Head and Senior Consultant with the Department of Neonatology, National University Hospital and Associate Professor, Dept of Paediatrics, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

He is Board Certified in Paediatrics by the American Board of Paediatrics and accredited Specialist in Paediatrics by the Singapore Medical Council.

He has worked in the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA (1994-1998), KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Singapore (1998-2003); and National University of Singapore and National University Hospital (2003 - till now).

His academic research interests include learning, assessment, and medical education. His professional interests include newborn medicine and paediatrics.
