Biosketch

Dr Jeffrey Ng graduated from Faculty of Medicine, National University Singapore in 2001. He completed post graduate membership examinations in 2010. He went on to complete specialist accreditation in Internal, Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine by 2017. In 2018, he completed his Fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology at Samsung Medical Centre, Seoul, South Korea. He is currently Clinical Director of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, National University Hospital Singapore. He has been pursuing his interest in combined EBUS EUS-B FNA for complete mediastinal staging in lung cancer and other clinical applications, as part of delivering patient centric care. As part of therapeutic bronchoscopy work whether within or without ICU, rigid bronchoscopy, airway stenting and ablative therapy is part of his expertise. He is executive member of Singapore Thoracic Society since 2015 and has been involved in organizing continuing medical education activities.
