NCIS EduSeries - Enfortumab and the Stevens–Johnson Syndrome

Used in the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma, Enfortumab offers meaningful clinical benefit through targeted cytotoxic delivery. However, its use has also brought attention to rare but severe reactions, including Stevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS).

In this session, we examine a striking case of Enfortumab-associated SJS, tracing its clinical course while reviewing the underlying pathology and key dermatologic features that guide diagnosis and management.

Through this integrated lens, participants will gain practical insights into the safer use of Enfortumab in their practice.
