Compassion allows us to look beyond a patient's impairments and to assist him on his road to recovery. 

Through time spent and regular communication, I build rapport with my patients, which in turn enables me to understand what they go through. I am then able to help them achieve their goals and guide them in their journey to regain their bodily functions. 

Seeing patients improve day-by-day keeps me motivated at work.
