A multi-disciplinary approach is necessary, involving an oncologist,
radiotherapist, cardiothoracic surgeon, pulmonologist, and if necessary, palliative
medicine physician. Symptomatic relief, surgery, chemotherapy and/or
radiotherapy may be offered.
