Overview

When it comes to health matters, we all know that prevention is better than cure. To educate and help patients take charge of their own health, we have set up a comprehensive health resource centre, Health Education Hub (HEH), to promote health education programmes to patients and the public.

At HEH, we offer a comprehensive range of health education materials covering a wide range of common medical conditions for your reference. Health talks on topics such as disease prevention, disease management, healthy lifestyle and tips on staying fit and healthy, are also organised every week.
