Making Surgical Treatment Available for All

At the University Surgical Centre, we aim to provide every patient with the best possible surgical treatment and care that they deserve. The University Surgical Fund is set up to support the following areas :

Financial Assistance for Needy Patients

Our Fund aims to lighten the financial burden of needy patients who require surgery by providing financial assistance, where other avenues may not provide.

Medical Research

With more and more patients diagnosed with complicated diseases, there is a growing need for research to develop new and more effective surgical techniques, treatment and equipment to meet current and future needs.

Surgical Training

This is essential in grooming the next generation of highly skilled surgeons, as well as train surgical specialists in newly developed methods of surgery, especially in areas like stem cell application and operation of new surgical devices to treat

University Surgical Centre

The University Surgical Centre comprises the disciplines of Surgery, Urology, Neurosurgery and Pediatric Surgery. The Centre aims to provide patients with a one-stop location for comprehensive surgical treatments. It also serves as an international quality training ground for educating the next generation of surgeons, and providing a platform for research collaborations and development of new surgical devices.

Give the Gift of Life

Your generous contribution towards the University Surgical Fund is a lifeline for many patients. It is also an investment in the future of surgical treatments, which will benefit many generations to come. Read more about it here.
