Pulmonary Function Lab
The Pulmonary Function Lab performs various tests to assess the function of the lungs. These tests help not only in the diagnoses of lung disorders but also in assessing the severity. The tests include :

- Static lung volume measurement

- Diffusing capacity measurement
|
- Exhaled nitric oxide measurement
|
- Methacholine challenge test
|
- Maximal inspiratory and expiratory pressure measurement
|
- Resistance and compliance measurement
|
|
|
- Exercise challenge test for asthma
|
- Six-minute walking distance test
|
|
|
We also work with our Cardiac Laboratory to provide formal cardiopulmonary exercise testing.
