Division of Neurology
The Division of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine is an academic tertiary unit providing clinical care integrated with undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research programmes. It provides patient care in the three arms of stroke, general neurology and rehabilitation medicine. The Neurology Diagnostic Laboratory, run by the division, provides specialised diagnostic electrophysiology services, while the rehabilitation clinics provide neurorehabilitation services.
The division focuses on neurovascular diseases, neurodiagnostics, movement disorders, neuroimmunology and neurorehabilitation, and is heavily involved in clinical research as well as education.
