Dialysis Workshop (Hands-on)

The aim of this full-day workshop is to provide the participants with hands-on learning experiences on issues related to hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration in children.
Participants will be rotated in small groups through different learning stations. The format is designed to allow small-group discussions with faculty so as enhance understanding of concepts, and will include hands-on practical sessions, case scenarios and quizzes.
Dialysis prescription, adequacy and access options, as well as common challenges and complications, will be covered.
