General Paediatric Clinic

Our paediatricians provide medical consultation for various conditions ranging from asthma, eczema, allergic rhinitis and common childhood conditions like respiratory infections, diarrhea, vomiting, tummy ache, skin infection, hand-foot-mouth disease etc. In addition, we offer vaccination service for children and teenagers up to 16 years of age, travel vaccines and travel health advice and medical screening for adopted children.

Walk-in Clinic

We can cater to children who are brought to the clinic without prior appointment. However, children with prior appointment are given priority. Nevertheless, please inform our nursing staff if your child is unwell with high fever, vomiting or acute wheezing as our paediatricians can order antipyretics or nebuliser therapy or other medications to be administered to your sick child while waiting. To avoid a long wait, it would be preferred if parents make an appointment so that your child's previous outpatient medical records are made available for your paediatrician.

Referrals

Our paediatricians at the Children's Specialist Clinic function as a point of referral to other sub-specialties (e.g. Paediatric Surgery, Paediatric orthopaedics, Paediatric Opthalmology, Psychological testing, or Paediatric ENT) if the need arises, after initial assessment of your child's condition.

Seriously ill children who are drowsy or having severe breathing difficulties or children with suspected fractures or children with acute severe traumatic injuries should be seen at the Children's Emergency Department.
