- Subsidised outpatients of Restructured Hospitals
- Voluntary welfare organisations under the purview of MOH
- GPs under the Primary Care Partnership Scheme
- Subsidised inpatients (i.e. B2/C) discharged for follow-up treatment at Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs)

Note:
(a) Visit will be treated as a first consultation if
- Patient has been discharged
- Patient has not consulted our doctors for the same medical condition in the past 12 months from the last appointment
- Patient is consulting our doctors for a different medical condition/referral to a different sub-specialty
(b) For private patients, charges are inclusive of GST. Charges may differ for Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Resident Foreigners and Non-Residents.
(c) Charges for subsidised patients are based on the assumption that the patient receives maximum government subsidy. For subsidised patients, GST is absorbed by the hospital.
d) Outpatient consultation fees DO NOT include other hospital charges e.g. medication, laboratory tests, x-rays, etc.

(e) Information is correct at time of print (1 May 13) and subject to revision without notice.
