Bronchoscopy and Thoracoscopy

Most diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures are performed in our Endoscopy Centre. Facilities here include fluoroscopic guidance for bronchoscopic lung biopsies and needle aspirations, convex probe endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration, endobronchial electrocautery and argon plasma coagulation, autofluorescence bronchoscopy and semi-rigid pleuroscopy. Facilities for performing rigid thoracoscopy and rigid bronchoscopy are also available in the operating theatre.
