VK Pillary Lectureship 2007

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, National University Hospital
s pleased to announce that Professor Stuart goodman, Professor of
Orthopaedic Surgery from Stanford School of Medicine will be visiting
the department as the 2007 VK Pillay Lecturer. The keynote lecture is
entitled
"Modulation of Bone Formation and Bone Resorption Using exogenous
Growth Factors"
The lecture will be held at the Auditorium, Kent Ridge Wing, Level 3,
National University Hospital on Monday 26 November at 6.00 pm. All are

Cadaveric Workshop for GPs on
Office Procedures & Suturing

The
Division of Sports Medicine
continues its series of courses on orthopaedic office procedures.
Participants have the opportunity to practice various office procedures
such as intra-articular injections and suturing techniques. The courses
usually are conducted on Saturday afternoons, and are limited to 20
participants.
