Speaker

National University Heart Centre, Singapore
Synopsis
The NUHCS vascular medicine and therapy program aims to prevent amputations and prolong life in patients with vascular disease. Often due to the lack of awareness, patients with vascular disease like Atherosclerosis are late in seeking treatment resulting in a higher incidence of lower limb amputation and heart related complications. The program has adopted a multi discipline platform to provide holistic care for patients with peripheral vascular disease.
