Patient Satisfaction & Experience

NUH continually seeks to deliver consistent and good service and to make each patient’s visit or hospital stay a more pleasant experience.

In the MOH Patient Satisfaction Survey 2009, NUH showed consistent improvement in “Overall Satisfaction”, “Overall Experience”, “Willingness to Recommend” and “Overall Service Quality and Facilities”. It also achieved “Excellence Class” status for “Care and Concern of our Doctors”, “Care and Concern of our Allied Health Professionals” and “Post-Discharge Follow-Up”.
