Our department provides both inpatient and outpatient tertiary level orthopaedic care. Some of our world-class facilities include:
Orthopaedic Surgery, Hand & Reconstructive Microsurgery and University Spine Centre

Operating Theatres
All joint replacement and spine cases are performed in operating theatres with laminar flow technology. In addition, joint replacement surgeons wear body exhaust suits while operating and this further minimizes the chance of infection.

In addition, we have acquired the Navsuite Operating Room by Stryker (info from www.stryker.com). This is an integrated computer assisted surgery platform with a ceiling-mounted camera that tracks instrumentation and connects to Stryker's Communications platform for viewing a variety of software application for spinal, joint replacement and trauma use.
