Nurses and staff of Ward 96
I wanted to thank you all for the care and services you provided during my stay in Ward 96.

Although this is my first major operation and my first hospital stay, I wasn’t feeling what I thought I ought to feel – stressful, helpless and worrisome. It’s all because of your great care and service.

The tutoring on baby care you provided has helped me a great deal through this major ordeal of childbirth.

You all had been very kind, friendly and patient to me. For that I will be eternally grateful.

Dr Venkat from Women’s Ruby Clinic, is a most knowledgeable, warm, caring, listens well and has great people skills.

Her diagnosis has been “spot on” – saving me from having unnecessary operation. She is the best!

She is in fact every category and way better than my gynae that I had in the United States or Singapore. What a blessing she is to all of her patients and for NUH.

Prof IIancheran was very efficient and professional. He clearly has lots of experience conducting my test completely, thoroughly and quickly.

Overall, NUH Ruby Clinic is wonderful!
