
What to bring
For Admission Registration
You should bring along the original copies of the following:
- Admission Authorisation Form
- NRIC/Birth Certificate or passport (for foreign patients)
- Medical Benefit Documents (if any)
Please also bring along:
- Your Civil Service Card (CSC) or Medical Benefits Identification Memo (MBIM) if you are a civil servant or Singapore Armed Forces personnel.
- Your Hospitalisation Identity Card or Letter of Guarantee, if your employer provides medical coverage for hospitalisation.
- Your CPF membership card, valid work pass and letter from employer (if applicable), if you are holding a work permit/employment pass.
- NRIC of the CPF account holder, if you are using Medisave.
- Your Blood Donor/Blood Donor Nominee Card, if you are a blood donor or nominee.
For your child’s stay
You may like to bring along
- Wet tissues
- Tissue paper
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Your child’s own pyjamas or blanket (if preferred)
- Your child’s favourite pillow or bolster
- Your child’s favourite toy or story books
- Your own towel and toiletries if you are staying overnight to accompany your child
Baby diapers, pyjamas and blankets will be provided.
There is a bedside locker for belongings. You are however encouraged to not bring along any valuables to the ward/hospital. Many people go in and out of the ward/hospital and to prevent untoward losses, you are encouraged to take home any valuables or excessive cash.
